Originally, after the incident was exposed, the company attached great importance to it, quickly set up a special investigation team, and carried out a comprehensive and in-depth investigation in the first time. It was verified that at 9:58 on January 29, 2025, the on-duty patrol personnel received an emergency feedback from the monitoring center, saying that a dog appeared on a certain section of a lane and the situation was very dangerous. 10:19, inspectors on the way to the scene, once again received the news from the monitoring center, regrettably, the dog has been knocked down in the above section. 10:22, inspectors finally arrived at the scene, in order to ensure road traffic safety, to avoid the occurrence of secondary accidents, they quickly carried out road closure operations. At this time, the scene of a yellow dog lying quietly near the central divider, after careful inspection, has no vital signs. According to the regulations, the inspectors took photos at the scene to retain evidence, and reported to the monitoring center for detailed registration, and then took the dog’s body off the highway.
