MBC’s highly-anticipated drama, “A Good Day to Be a Dog,” has unveiled new posters, sparking excitement among fans.
Based on a popular webtoon, “A Good Day to Be a Dog” unfolds a captivating fantasy romance. The story revolves around a woman, played by Park Gyu Young, who undergoes a peculiar transformation into a dog whenever she kisses a man. To make matters more intriguing, her only hope for breaking this unusual curse lies with a man who, unfortunately, harbors an intense fear of dogs due to a traumatic event buried deep in his past.
ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo takes on the role of Jin Seo Won, a brilliant high school math teacher with a haunting fear of dogs. Opposite him, Park Gyu Young portrays Han Hae Na, an elegant and intelligent teacher who seems to have a picture-perfect life. However, a fateful kiss shared with her fellow teacher, Jin Seo Won, plunges her into the most significant crisis she has ever faced.
The teaser poster sets the tone with a warning sign that reads, “Beware of the dog,” placed against a mysterious purple backdrop. Accompanied by an endearing puppy illustration and the text, “Caution! It’s lovable!” the poster teases the arrival of “A Good Day to Be a Dog.”
Another poster offers a glimpse of Han Hae Na’s life post-transformation into a dog. Presented as “Gae Na” (combining “Gae,” meaning dog in Korean, with her name, Hae Na), the furry protagonist is found nestled amidst a bucket of clothes, gazing intently with a paw gently hanging out. The sparkle in her eyes hints at untold stories, while the text above reads, “I am probably the most unfortunate woman in the world,” providing a glimpse into Han Hae Na’s unexpected journey into the world of canines.
