It all started when the senior dog, a 7-year-old pup, had a rough morning. After an encounter with her younger, playful sibling (a not-quite-3-year-old “meathead”), the older dog sought peace and quiet in her crate, presumably to get away from her energetic sibling. But the younger dog wasn’t having it. Instead of giving her the space she needed, he decided to lay in front of the crate, blocking her exit in a classic “I’m not touching you” fashion—clearly setting the stage for some serious pettiness.
As the pet owner made their morning coffee, the situation escalated. The “meathead” dog wasn’t content with just blocking the door. No, he went a step further. When the older dog couldn’t escape, he turned around and lay on his back—intentionally positioning his behind right at her crate door.
