A new indoor splash park designed specifically for dogs is set to open at West Edmonton Mall this weekend, offering an exciting opportunity for dogs to socialize and cool off in style.
Fantasia Dogs, located at Entrance 32 near Hudson’s Bay, will be western Canada’s first indoor water splash park for dogs. This unique facility combines water fun with professional dog care, as certified dog professionals will be on-site to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all pups. The park aims to provide a fun, interactive space for dogs to play while offering services like dog day care, various activities, and a lounge where dogs can relax with dog-safe ice cream and treats.
In partnership with Summit Service Dogs, Fantasia Dogs will also serve as a no-cost training space for service dogs who are partnered with individuals with autism, PTSD, and other medical needs. This inclusive aspect of the facility ensures that dogs of all kinds, including working and service dogs, can benefit from the environment.
The grand opening is scheduled for March 15, from 10 a.m. to noon, with exciting activities for visitors, including doggy goody bags, prizes, and a special “Pup Pawtraits” session where guests can get a portrait of their furry friends.
Fantasia Dogs offers a range of packages, such as birthday packages for dogs, video compilations to capture memories of their stay, and portraits. Whether for play, training, or pampering, this new facility promises to be a must-visit spot for dog owners in the area.
Be sure to bring an extra towel and prepare for an unforgettable experience for your pup!
